What is Hell’s Kitty?
Nick, a Hollywood screenwriter, discovers his cat has become murderously possessed, and will stop at nothing to rid him of any women in his life. As his life unravels out of control, Nick must find a way to have his kitty exorcised of the demonic spirit haunting her and creating a body count.
All character names in the film are based on iconic horror characters to add another element of dark comedy to the already funny plot; Jones plays Father Damien (The Omen), Berryman is Detective Pluto (The Hills Have Eyes), Nina Kate is (Dr. Laurie Strodes (loosely based on Halloween) and Barbeau is Mrs. Carrie (Carrie).
Not only does the film promise to be a humorous, dark delight, the creators behind Hell’s Kitty has teamed with Hollywoodshorts Monthly Screenings and the TLC Chinese Theater to raise money for FixNation.org. Fix Nation provides a free, full-time spay/neuter service clinic with two full-time veterinarians capable of sterilizing as many as 100 cats per day. They also help find suitable forever homes for stray cats.
